From the loading dock, to building and scaling a trucking company in the late 1990s, to leading operations, sales, and financial performance.

That work has included negotiating freight contracts, developing long-term customer relationships, managing day-to-day operations, and overseeing the financial discipline required to run a transportation business, including income statements and balance sheets.

It also includes managing the risks that come with the industry. Handling cargo claims, implementing practices that prevent them in the first place, working with insurers and regulators, and defending positions when disputes arise, even in a courtroom.

Most importantly, it reflects the realities owners face every day. Ensuring payroll and fuel are covered, managing pressure from customers and creditors, and making decisions that determine whether a company grows, survives, or disappears.
